These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PenCap Institute of Excellence website and services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Course details, durations, schedules, fees and certifications are described on our website and are subject to change. Enrolment is confirmed once admission formalities and applicable payments are completed.

Certification exams are administered by the respective certifying bodies (such as EC-Council and CompTIA) under their own terms. Where exam vouchers are included in a program, this is stated on the relevant course page.

Program fees, EMI options and any inclusions are set out on the relevant course pages or communicated by our admissions team. Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment plan agreed at enrolment.

Any refund or cancellation is governed by the specific policy communicated to you at the time of enrolment.

We provide placement support including resume engineering, interview preparation and access to hiring partners as described for each program. Placement support is a good-faith service to improve your employability.

Unless a specific written placement guarantee is provided for a program, employment outcomes depend on factors including your performance, market conditions and the hiring decisions of third-party employers, and cannot be guaranteed.

Our training covers offensive and defensive security techniques strictly for lawful, ethical and educational purposes. You agree to use the knowledge and tools you gain only on systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test.

You must not use our services or content to engage in any unlawful, harmful or unauthorised activity. Violation may result in termination of access without refund and may be reported to authorities.

All content on this website and in our courseware — including text, graphics, logos and materials — is owned by or licensed to PenCap and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PenCap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant program.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new 'Last updated' date, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
